Terms of Service

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

    1. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.

    2. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.

    3. I understand that Boum Boom is not responsible for any missed, lost, or rescheduled deliveries from UPS, Fedex, or USPS. 

    4. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered in the FAQS.

    5. I understand that Boum Boom offers a 30 day warranty on all items sold from the shop. For any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, an exchange for a replacement may be honored on a case by case value. We do not offer any refunds. It is important to note that any issues with a product outside of the 30-day warranty period will be the responsibility of the customer. Please open your packages upon receipt. 

    6. Boum Boom is not responsible for how I carry & treat my product.  

Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-28 business days from your order date to receive order.

Express or Expedited Services are not available for any orders. 

Orders are handled by the printing companies for which the item is processed. Please allow time for an update on the packaging process.

Tracking information will be sent via email to the email address used to place your order once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. 

All orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or USPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO. 

Return Policy

    • All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE

    • At this time we do not offer returns.

    • On a case by case basis due to quality errors a new order will be shipped to the customer for free after contacting customer service within a 30 day period.

    • Boum Boom has the right to refuse any quality error cases.

    • Shipping feeds are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Please allow up to 28 business days for your return to be processed and transported to us for your store credit to be issued.
