Who is Halie G?

She is a creative and colorful person who loves creating, educating, and supporting her community of nerds, kpop lovers, and fashionistas!

Halie G was born and raised in Detroit, MI. She graduated with her Master's in animation from DePaul University in Chicago, IL, following receiving her Bachelor's from Allegheny College in art &technology (traditional mixed with computer science/digital media. ​

Beyond film production and design, she have experience in animation and business management. From designing websites, logos, and merchandise to constantly creating commissions for podcasts and musicians she has had her fair share of digital media.

What is Boum Boom?

Boum Boom, is the world created by artist Halie G, an at the time 24 year old Detroit native who strives to bring all pieces of herself to life through her artwork. 

Since 2019, Halie G has done more than be an artist. Guided by a heart of color, passion for fashion, and love for the international world, she creates artwork and designs that inspires what she loves. Every piece is created for the nerd who loves cartoons, the Kpop fan awaiting their next concert, or even the beautiful black girl bursting with color.

Halie makes all artwork used for each product to achieve individuality and uniqueness in subject and design.  And with the nickname "boom boom" given by her mother, Boum Boom was created for every person who wants to show all sides of who they are to the world.
